He saw that it was flooded and called Jeff Dehm at his home. Jeff came in a very timely manner, and immediately started the process of drying the crawl space. The water and dampness had caused my floors to buckle, therefore, I was going to have to replace them. Jeff helped me from the get go with insurance, explained in detail each stage of the restoration, and was always very prompt in returning my call when I had a question. I selected Peachstate as our contractor. This was the result of a personal recommendation by a friend who also is our agent. Rodney and Jeff (owners) responded at once. They had a plumber identify the problem and the work began. John Jones was assigned as project manager. He did an outstanding job in assigning contractors (10 plus) to this job. There was not a single contractor who was not courteous and helpful during this process. Mr. Jones was the key to making this happen. He has many years of experience working with these folks. They all respect him and follow his direction. He was in daily contact with us while the work was being performed. While this job is 99.9% complete, Mr. Jones is still in contact to be sure everything is working as it should.
